Permanent Commissioning role for critical infrastructure. Full-time field position supporting installation, testing, and turnover of low- and medium-voltage systems for data centers, water treatment facilities, LNG plants, and cogeneration power units.
You will oversee and document commissioning activities for switch gear, transformers, UPS systems, power distribution units, grounding systems, and associated controls. You will verify installation quality, direct testing with trades, coordinate with engineers and project managers, and maintain complete commissioning records from pre-functional stages through final acceptance. You will troubleshoot field issues, validate system performance, and provide clear technical guidance to site teams to close deficiencies and confirm readiness for energization and operational turnover.
You will serve as the on-site authority to interpret design intent, manage interface points across disciplines, and keep commissioning on schedule.
Candidates need a background commissioning electrical infrastructure in industrial or mission-critical environments and experience working directly with electricians, controls technicians, engineering teams, and construction management. Strong familiarity with LV/MV equipment, safe work practices, and field documentation standards is essential. U.S. citizenship or permanent residency is required.
