We are seeking an Engineer II/III to meet the growing demands of grid modernization, renewable resource integration, and the rising complexity of energy systems. WhatYou'll Do
- Assist with the design, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting of SCADA and Controls devices both in the lab and field.
- Support commissioning activities and ongoing maintenance for safe, reliable grid operations.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and IT teams to ensure seamless communication and remote access for field equipment.
- Contribute to documentation, compliance work (including NERC CIP), and process improvements.
- Participate in the integration and metering of distributed energy resources, renewables, and large customers at voltages above 12kV.
- Engage with stakeholders across departments, delivering timely technical support and building strong working relationships.
- Continue learning about industry trends and new technologies through professional development and collaboration with peers.
- A passion for engineering and curiosity about power systems and modern grid technology.
- Solid problem‑solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and collaborate toward effective solutions.

A four‑year Bachelors degree in an engineering discipline or related applied science discipline (see approved list) from an ABET accredited institution, an International Engineering Alliance (IEA) recognized institution or an ABET Mutual Recognition Agreement (MRA) plus two (2) years working experience in Engineering‑related positions.
