Advanced Manufacturing Engineer II – Honeywell

As an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer II at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our manufacturing processes and driving operational excellence. Your expertise will contribute to the efficiency, quality, and productivity of our advanced manufacturing operations. You will report directly to the Director of Advanced Manufacturing Engineering.
Responsibilities- Lead and oversee advanced manufacturing processes to ensure quality, efficiency and productivity
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes and drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify and implement advanced manufacturing technologies
- Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to manufacturing teams
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet production targets
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (science, technology, engineering, mathematics)
- 4+ years of experience in advanced manufacturing engineering and process optimization
- Strong knowledge of advanced manufacturing technologies such as automation, robotics and additive manufacturing
- Proven track record of driving operational excellence and process improvements
- Master’s degree preferred
- Experience in lean manufacturing principles
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in cross‑functional teams
