• Work across disciplines, collaborating with cross‑functional teams consisting of Systems, Software, Hardware and Test Engineers to understand customer requirements and provide innovative solutions.
• Requirements analysis and decomposition.
• Systems design.
• Model‑based design.
• Systems integration.
• Systems validation and verification.
• Customer interaction.
• Project oversight and coordination.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in software engineering practices, TCAS and airborne avionics technologies.

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering or mathematics.
• 5+ years of systems engineering experience.
• Experience in similar product domains such as Avionics, Navigation and/or Airborne Surveillance (TCAS, Transponder, ADS‑B, DME, UAT) is a plus.
• Master’s degree or advanced professional certification.
• Competence to convey subtle or complex messages clearly, as appropriate for the topic and audience.
• Experience with RF products.
• Experience with the FAA certification process for avionics is a plus.
• Experience working with aircraft manufacturers such as Boeing, Airbus, Dassault, etc. is a plus.
• Ability to quickly analyze, incorporate and apply new information and concepts.
• Ability to adapt to project changes.
• Multi‑tasking ability and the capacity to manage a variety of complicated tasks and people.
• Ability to make autonomous decisions.
