We are seeking experienced Nokia MW Wavence Solution Experts to support the deployment, configuration, and integration of Nokia Wavence microwave solutions across sites in the Southwest USA. This hands-on field role involves end-to-end Wavence link setup, connectivity through wireless routers, and seamless integration with Nokia’s Network Management System (NMS).

• Configure and commission Nokia Wavence microwave solutions on-site.
• Establish wireless connectivity and link microwave units to network routers.
• Integrate and register Wavence microwave nodes into Nokia NMS platforms.
• Perform field visits for installation, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Validate link performance in collaboration with network operations teams.
• Maintain clear documentation for all setup and integration activities.
• Resolve field-level hardware and configuration issues independently.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder

• Proven experience with Nokia Wavence microwave equipment and field deployments.
• Strong knowledge of microwave configuration, commissioning, and integration.
• Experience linking Wavence microwave paths through wireless routers to NMS.
• Ability to work independently across multiple field sites.
• Excellent hands-on problem-solving skills.
• Valid U.S. driver’s licence and willingness to travel across Southwest USA.

• Prior experience with Nokia Wavence rollout or upgrade projects
