AZ/NM Water Resources Management Market Sector Leader

We are seeking an experienced leader to develop and drive a long-range Water Resources Management mission, vision, and strategy for our AZ/NM area. Responsibilities will include:

• Leading Water Resources Management branding in Arizona and New Mexico by engaging in professional organizations
• Collaborating with technical and marketing staff to pursue new projects
• Supporting the development of scopes of work, fee estimates, project risk identification, and project schedules
• Coordinating staffing and recruiting plans for key hires
• Developing and implementing Water Business Group-wide initiatives
• Identifying technical gaps and supporting talent management and recruiting
• Developing relationships with industry counterparts and promoting the Water Resources Management market

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in an engineering, planning, or related field
• Minimum 10 years of industry experience
• Experienced in development and management of strategic marketing programs
• Experienced in development and management of client relationships and project pursuits
• Experienced in staff development, including recruiting, career path, and professional growth
• Experienced with industry associations and maintains a visible profile in the market sector
• Demonstrated commitment to HDR values
