TSMC Arizona is looking for an EBO Manufacturing Engineer to join our 5-nanometer fab, located in Phoenix, Arizona. As an EBO Manufacturing Engineer, you will demonstrate a strong sense of reliability and enthusiasm and will possess an attitude that embodies our core values – Integrity, Commitment, Innovation and Customer Trust.
TSMC Arizona’s EBO-AZ is responsible for EUV and Optical mask making including leading edge mask writing, inspection, repair, cleaning and metrology technology.
Job DescriptionYour main responsibilities include:
- Manage recruiting and supervise technicians in Arizona mask making fab
- Daily report manufacturing output and continuously improve performance
- Closely work and communicate with EBO engineers cross time zones in Arizona and Taiwan (15 hours ahead of Phoenix, AZ time)
- Able to work on-duty one day per every month
Minimum Qualifications:
- A minimum of a B.S. Degree in an engineering and scientific field.
- Experience in supervising or managing a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills that enable you to work on cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.
- Clear and logical thinking with positive and proactive attitude.
- Must be fluent in English. Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
