You will report directly to our Engineering Manager and work out of our Phoenix, Arizona location on a hybrid schedule. In this role, you will impact the successful execution and delivery of engineering projects, driving operational excellence and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in our aerospace business. - Lead and manage engineering projects from initiation to completion.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate and communicate with cross‑functional teams to ensure project success.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project team members.
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
- 6+ years of experience in project engineering or related roles.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering engineering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Experience in risk management and problem‑solving.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Technical expertise in the relevant engineering discipline.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project engineering or a related role.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to lead and motivate cross‑functional teams.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
