• Develop and review the electronic designs by using BIM software(Revit/ CAD)
• Coordinate with models and project managers to ensure design accuracy and meet project requirement
• Review and update models to reflect design changes and ensure code compliance
• Coordinate for clash detection and report any conflicts or discrepancies to team and work out solution
• Participate in team meeting and provide progress updates

• Associate degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field
• Strong background in electronics design, including familiarity with electrical schematics and component specifications
• Experience in project coordination and on-site management, preferably within the construction or semiconductor industry
• Working knowledge of NEC (National Electrical Code), UL standards, NEMA specifications, and local Codes of Practice (CoP)
• Hands-on experience working on construction sites, with a strong understanding of electrical installation practices and safety standards
• Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English, with the ability to communicate technical requirements clearly across cultural and language barriers
• Ability to interpret and align P&IDs (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams) and PFDs (Process Flow Diagrams) with 3D design models
• Effective communication and coordination skills when working with subcontractors, particularly regarding electrical design requirements and code compliance
