• Oversee technical aspects of civil engineering projects related to land development (residential, commercial), transportation, and drainage.
• Supervise and mentor engineers-in-training and technical staff.
• Assist in project scope definition, complexity assessment, and scheduling.
• Ensure high-quality project deliverables by maintaining compliance with all standards, regulations, and timelines.
• Support employee development, conduct performance evaluations, and contribute to team building.
• Serve as a technical lead and maintain strong client relationships.

• Active Arizona Professional Engineer (P.E.) license.
• At least 6 years of design experience in land development or related infrastructure projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with high attention to detail.
• Leadership capabilities, including mentoring and project coordination.
