The Occupational Safety & Compliance Manager will oversee compliance with regulatory and safety standards while promoting a culture of safety within the company. Daily responsibilities include developing and implementing safety programs, conducting training sessions, analyzing workplace incidents, and ensuring adherence to environmental and health safety laws. This is a full-time, on-site position located in the Greater Phoenix Area.
Qualifications- Experience with Regulatory Compliance and Safety Compliance to ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations
- Proven ability to develop and lead Training programs for team members on safety and compliance protocols
- Strong skills in Accident Investigation, including analyzing incidents and formulating preventative measures
- Knowledge and expertise in Environment Health and Safety (EHS) standards and best practices
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and leadership abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health, Safety Management, or a related field (preferred)
- Professional certification in safety management, such as CSP, CIH, or equivalent, is a plus
