Title: Electrical Systems Designer

Type: Direct Hire

Hours: Full-Time / On-site

Pay: 100K-130K - DOE

• Serve as a key design team member, managing electrical systems development and coordination for construction projects.
• Produce accurate and timely deliverables, including basis of design narratives and construction design documents compliant with applicable codes and standards (NEC, NFPA, IECC, IBC, LEED, etc.).
• Collaborate with clients, architects, consultants, and contractors to identify project requirements and present recommendations.
• Stay updated on trends and technology in electrical systems through communication with manufacturers and contractors.
• Oversee and perform construction administration tasks to ensure successful project outcomes.

• Proven expertise in designing electrical systems, including lighting and control, power distribution, HVAC coordination, food service equipment coordination, and fire alarm systems.
• Experience in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry.
• Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, COMcheck, and applicable energy codes.
• Familiarity with NEC and NFPA code standards.
• Strong organizational, logic, and reasoning skills to translate concepts into deliverables.
• Proficiency with Excel, One Note, Word, and related software tools.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to learn and grow professionally.
