This is a full-time on-site role for a Camp Staff Coach with Gold Medal Squared, based in Jacksonville, FL. As a Camp Staff Coach, you will be responsible for training and coaching participants during intensive camps and clinic sessions, helping them refine their volleyball skills and better understand game strategies. You will assist in delivering the GMS curriculum effectively, provide guidance to players and teams, and collaborate with other coaching staff to create a constructive and engaging training environment.

You will foster a supportive environment while ensuring skill development and promoting teamwork.

• Experience in coaching or playing volleyball at any level, with a strong grasp of foundational volleyball techniques and strategies
• Skills in creating and implementing effective training sessions for players and teams
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse groups of players and coaches
• Ability to adapt to varying skill levels and learning styles with patience and clarity
• Enthusiasm for teaching, motivating, and inspiring players to reach their potential
• A passion for volleyball education and a commitment to GMS philosophies and methodologies
• Prior experience in delivering structured lessons or coaching is preferred and knowledge of the GMS curriculum
• Availability to travel to a location around the nation and work remotely for 5 days.
