• Overseeing educational quality of classrooms, staff, and equipment in multiple centers
• Ensuring compliance with state regulations and Bright Path standards.
• Monitoring all learning aspects of daily activities to promote infant, toddler, preschool, and school age development.
• Providing classroom-based demonstrations, collaborations, and one-on-one support to educators.
• Working with Center Directors and Area Managers to carry out classroom observations, facilitate center wide focus on goals for quality, and provide comprehensive professional development opportunities.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
• 5+ years teaching experience
• Childcare Mentor/Leadership experience an asset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Valid state Driver's License and reliable transportation for travel as needed amongst various centers
• Must meet state criteria for child care employment
