Job Description & How to Apply Below
Position: Admissions Manager, 2 Hour Learning - $200,000/year USD

Most admissions positions prioritize volume. This position prioritizes fit.

2 Hour Learning partners with families who value precision, evidence, and discretion. We condense a traditional school day into two intensive hours through mastery-based, AI-enhanced instruction. Students routinely outpace national learning benchmarks, supported by measurable data. The remaining hours are freed for independence, depth work, and practical skill development. The approach is effective. It succeeds, however, only when matched with the appropriate families.

Your role begins here.

You will lead the complete enrollment process for one campus, spanning initial inquiry to final onboarding. This is not a shared responsibility. You will shape how families perceive us, ensure they fully comprehend the model, and confirm that enrollment choices are grounded in the right motivations. You will evaluate compatibility, facilitate meaningful dialogue, and advise against enrollment when appropriate. The objective is not to maximize numbers.

The objective is alignment.

We welcome candidates from high-touch service backgrounds outside conventional education: selective private schools, competitive programs, executive hospitality, premium membership communities, or entrepreneurial operators who have personally directed high-value client experiences from start to finish. What counts is your capacity to execute a nuanced, multi-phase process with discernment, transparency, and consistency.

If your career has centered on delivering exceptional service where trust, confidentiality, and experience quality are brand-defining, this role will be recognizable territory—applied to work that genuinely transforms outcomes.

This is a salaried, full-time, on-campus position. We are currently hiring in Dallas‑Fort Worth, Austin, Santa Barbara, San Francisco, Orange County, and Palm Beach. Relocation assistance is provided.

  • Proven ownership of a complete client, admissions, or enrollment process spanning initial inquiry through final onboarding.
  • Experience managing 20+ concurrent client, guest, or family relationships across multiple stages, supported by a structured tracking and prioritization approach.
  • Capacity to share specific examples of consultative judgment, including instances where you recommended against your offering when fit was not appropriate.
