Position: Manager of Learning and Growth

Job Purpose

The Manager of Learning and Growth is responsible for advancing instructional excellence and educator development across EAGLE College Prep Schools. This role supports teachers and school leaders through coaching, professional learning, and data-driven planning to ensure strong student outcomes and consistent instructional systems across the campuses. This is a highly collaborative role that partners closely with the national, regional, and school leaders and teams.

Essential

Responsibilities and Competencies Instructional Coaching and Teacher Development
  • Maintain a caseload of teachers and provide ongoing coaching cycles
  • Conduct classroom observations and provide actionable feedback
  • Support teachers in lesson planning, instructional delivery, and classroom culture
  • Model effective instructional practices and co‑teach when appropriate
  • Support new teacher onboarding and early‑career teacher development
  • Help principals implement strong coaching and feedback systems on campus
Data and Analysis and Action Planning
  • Lead regional and campus analysis of academic data
  • Support campuses in creating data‑driven instructional action plans
  • Partner with principals to monitor progress toward academic goals
  • Prepare clear and concise data reports for regional and campus leadership
  • Support implementation of assessment calendars and systems
Professional Learning and Instructional Systems
  • Design and facilitate professional development
  • Support implementation of curriculum and instructional frameworks
  • Partner with school leaders to plan campus professional development and teacher learning cycles
  • Lead training aligned to curriculum, instruction, formative assessment, and instructional alignment
  • Support calibration of instructional expectations across campuses
  • Help ensure strong implementation of adopted programs and initiatives
Principal and Leadership Support
  • Partner with principals to strengthen instructional leadership practices
  • Support development of school‑wide instructional priorities and plans
  • Participate in regular leadership meetings and school walkthroughs
  • Help identify instructional trends, needs, and opportunities across campuses
Continuous Improvement and Strategic Alignment
  • Support execution of the academic growth arc
  • Monitor implementation and fidelity of instructional initiatives
  • Contribute to strategic planning and academic goal setting
  • Support cross‑campus collaboration and sharing of best practices
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support academic success

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree education or related field; master’s degree in Educational Leadership, or Curriculum and Assessment preferred
