Technical Instructor

Position: Technical Instructor 2
Delivers training to both internal and external customers on highly technical and sophisticated products. As an instructor, you will conduct training courses for customers and/or employees at Lam's Training Centers using complex situations for multiple products. Training and qualifications for all instructors will take place in Fremont, CA or Tualatin, OR, depending on the products you will support. This training may require extended stays during the qualification period in the assigned locations.

All instructors will be required to relocate to Phoenix, AZ on or about May 2027, with full relocation assistance provided. Collaborate with engineering, technical support and manufacturing to ensure that course material reflects current product features Prepare lesson plans from released engineering and field service documents 6+ years of military experience in technical, mechanical, or maintenance fields Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities effectively Clear, confident communication skills-both written and verbal Customer‑focused mindset with strong service and support skills Effective presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences
