Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time school psychologist opportunity is available in Glendale, AZ, working within an elementary school setting. This contract position focuses on providing comprehensive psychological services to elementary-aged students, conducting evaluations and supporting their educational and emotional development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct approximately 45 psychological evaluations for elementary students.
- Collaborate with educators and families to develop effective intervention strategies.
- Support students mental health and learning needs through assessment and counseling.
- Maintain accurate records and provide timely reports in compliance with school policies.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to promote student success.
Qualifications:
- Valid Arizona School Psychologist license required.
- Experience working with elementary-aged children within a school environment.
- Strong assessment, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage a caseload efficiently and work collaboratively with staff and families.
- Commitment to student wellbeing and educational equity.
