Must be Highly Qualified.
Education and Experience: Associate’s degree or completion of 60 college credits or completion of District‑approved exam, and two years of experience; or an equivalent combination of directly‑related education and experience.
MUST have with you or on file at the site
- TB Test results within the last 12 months
- AZDHS Criminal history affidavit
- DES/DCS Department of Child Safety Background Check-Direct Registry Record Form
- Child Care Experience Documentation
- Signature of being vaccinated (please reference link AZDHS.gov/documents/licensing/childcare-facilities)
