We are seeking Full-Time or Part-Time Early Childhood
Paraprofessionals/Teacher Aides who perform assigned classroom teacher responsibilities in SCA's early childhood (preschool and prekindergarten) in an efficient manner and perform other duties assigned by school personnel. Duties may include overseeing students in the classroom, lunchroom, pick-up and drop-off areas, recess, and other daily duties both indoors and outdoors. Our Paraprofessionals shall be spiritually mature and shall reflect the purpose of the school, which is always to honor Christ.

• Education & Certification
  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood, Child Development, Elementary Education, or a related field from an accredited college is strongly preferred
• Experience
  • Prior experience teaching or working with early childhood students is preferred

  • Ability to relate well to children in a positive and nurturing manner
  • Ability to demonstrate professionalism with faculty, staff, parents, and students
  • Ability to enjoy the energy levels of young children outdoors
