Leadership and Organizations
The purpose of this course is to introduce students to the College of Business, key concepts of leadership, and an overview of how the science of organizational behavior contributes to effective leaders and managers.
What You Will Do- Facilitate classroom lecture and discussions
- Engage students in learning course objectives and topics
- Assess student performance and mentor success in the classroom
- Provide a positive example to students by supporting the University’s Doctrinal Statement, Ethical Position Statement, and Mission of Grand Canyon University
- Preferred:
PhD/DBA Management or Doctorate in a related discipline with a minimum of 3 years corporate experience. If non-business doctorate Masters in Business Administration (MBA) required. - Minimum:
Masters in Business Administration (MBA) with 5 years managerial experience. Graduate degree must be from a regionally accredited university or either AACSB accredited program or ACBSP accredited program or international equivalent.
