Overview
POSITION SUMMARY: The Learning Facilitator is responsible for facilitating learning solutions that promote engagement and skill development for a diverse population of employees. Using in person and virtual modalities, you will engage learners in both knowledge transfer and application while maintaining a supportive learning environment.
Responsibilities- Work with business and HR stakeholders and Learning & Development Instructional Designers to ensure program content is relevant, complete and supports learning objectives.
- Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions and workshops.
- Evaluate participant progress through assessments and feedback, and adjust instructional methods as necessary.
- Provide guidance and support to participants, helping them achieve their learning goals.
- Gather feedback from participants to continuously improve training programs and delivery methods.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
- Strong presentation and public speaking abilities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and learning management systems (LMS).
- Minimum of 3 years professional experience in the industry, learning delivery, instructional design and development within a corporate team environment, or equivalent.
