- Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment conducive to effective teaching and learning.
- Follow and maintain all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child.
- Implement our curriculum while allowing children to make free choices in their learning experiences.
- Encourage and support children’s natural curiosity during outdoor and indoor activities that you will lead.
- Must be 18 years or older
- High School Diploma and working towards a degree in Early Childhood Education.
- Education/Experience
Required:- 6 months in a licensed childcare facility and a high school diploma OR
- 6 months in a licensed childcare facility and 12 credits from an accredited college or university, including 6 credit hours in early childhood or closely-related field OR
- An associates or bachelors degree from an accredited college or university in early childhood development or closely-related field OR
- An N.A.C, C.D.A, or C.C.P. credential
- Ability to meet state requirements for education and center requirements.
- Able to engage in physical activity with children outside and indoors (general play, gymnastics, dance, ninja). Training provided.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for hours at a time
- Passion for fostering a love of learning in young children.
- CPR/First Aid Certification (Required)
- TB Test (Required)
- Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card (Required)

We provide instruction in gymnastics, dance, Ninja Zone, camps and more for ages 6 months through adults. We love inspiring children to find the joy of movement and partnering with local business, schools, and neighborhood groups to bring our community closer.
