* What you will do:

*** Creates and documents files in case management system.
* Provides general guidance and support regarding complaints. Manages multiple email inboxes by monitoring and responding to initial inquiries.
* Develops and maintains state-specific resources to comply with VAWA and Clery requirements.
* Verifies compliance data, such as Clery/CSA reporting, application disclosures, and Annual Security Report.
* Serves as a trained advisor for non-discrimination resolution processes.
* Serves as backup support for the student resolutions process.
* Assists with creating reports and metrics.
* Ensures protection of student records in accordance with FERPA.
* Demonstrates excellent communication and customer service skills.
** What you need:
*** Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is required.
* Minimum one year’s work experience in an office or administrative capacity or similar role is preferred but may be substituted upon hiring manager’s approval.
* Must successfully pass a background check
* Provide a positive example to students by supporting the University’s Doctrinal Statement, Ethical Position Statement and Mission of Grand Canyon University.
