As a Student Services Specialist in Recruitment, you own the beginning stages of student success and take on tasks of outreach and enrollment growth for our college campus. You will plan, coordinate and implement programs focused on recruitment of prospective students and retention of continuing students; assist with recruitment, admissions, campus tours, placement testing, and registrations. You meet and correspond with students in person, via phone and email and develop and maintain cooperative relationships with K‑12 institutions, Maricopa Community College District and community partners to advance the mission and goals of Phoenix College as they relate to admissions, enrollment and retention.
