*** Full-time, degree-seeking GCU student
* Experience planning and implementing events
* Experience utilizing Asana or similar project management software
* Excellent written and oral communication
* Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work some nights and weekends
* Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Grand Canyon University is committed to a student first policy.  Therefore, all applicants must meet the following eligibility requirements to be considered for student employment:
* Enrolled at GCU as a full-time student in a Bachelor’s program or Master’s program
* Retain a 2.0 GPA as a Bachelor level student or a 3.0 GPA as a Master level student
* Maintain good financial and academic (SAP) standing with the University
* You may be subject to termination if you fall below the minimum requirements.

** Purpose within the Organization:
** Administration, event planning & implementation.  This position supports the Sr. Director of Alumni Relations & Annual Giving and the Asst. Director of Alumni Relations & Annual Giving.

** Responsibilities Related to

Purpose:

*** Utilize project management software to track departmental events & projects
* General office administration support such as data entry, alumni & donor communications
* Respond to Alumni questions via email and phone
* Assist in planning and implementing events
* Assist with research
* Tabling at events such as commencements, home Men’s Basketball tailgates, Homecoming, Parent & Family Weekend, etc.
* Other responsibilities as needed
