** Position Summary/
Purpose:
** The purpose of the Marketing Fulfillment Assistant position is to support the growth, efforts, and goals of the Marketing department under the direction of the Marketing Fulfillment Logistics Specialist.
** Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities/
Essential Functions:
*** Organize and manage storage of marketing equipment such as banners and tablecloths in designated spaces.
* Assemble packages for internal and external clients such as counselors and interested prospects.
* Manage trackers for equipment and replacement requests.
* Assist Marketing Project Specialists and other marketing staff in administrative tasks such as opening projects in Workamjig or cleaning up sharepoint.
* Additional duties as assigned.
** Equipment Used and Responsibility:
*** MS Office
* Workamjig* Dolly
*
* Qualifications:
*** Exceptional ability to organize information and pay attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as in a team environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Outstanding ability to manage time and handle multiple tasks and priorities.
* Be capable of performing physical labor such as moving heavy boxes, pushing loaded dollies, rearranging storage containers, etc.
* Please note:
Students must be available to work in Arizona and be within 30 miles of campus over summer to be considered for this position
** Experience/
Education:
** Grand Canyon University is committed to a student first policy. Therefore, all applicants must meet the following eligibility requirements to be considered for student employment:
* Enrolled at GCU as a full-time student in a Bachelor’s program or Master’s program.
* Retain a 2.0 GPA as a Bachelor level student or a 3.0 GPA as a Master level student.
* Maintain good financial and academic (SAP) standing with the University.
* You may be subject to termination if you fall below the minimum requirements.
