Compensation: $48,331.25 – $54,571.88 year-round salary (DOE).

Our academic team is committed to continuous improvement and implementing proven instructional strategies that advance student learning and close achievement gaps.
Responsibilities- Use AMS curriculum standards to teach students above and below grade level through differentiated instruction.
- Attend weekly professional development sessions and collaborate in grade-level or content-area professional learning communities.
- Communicate effectively with parents and lead parent‑student‑teacher conferences to promote student progress and achievement.
- Collaborate with administrators and staff to create a positive, supportive learning environment that addresses academic and behavioral needs.
- Use measurable data to monitor and enrich student progress with visible results.
- Work collaboratively with school and network teams to improve instructional practices and ensure ongoing academic success.
- Use PBIS and preventative intervention strategies to guide students in developing social and emotional skills essential for lifelong learning.
- Passion for helping Title I and ESL students in underserved communities achieve academic success.
- Ability to pass a background check and obtain an IVP fingerprint clearance card.
- Strong analytical skills and enthusiasm for data-driven instruction.
- Adaptability and willingness to implement a rigorous, proven curriculum.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to take initiative and work as part of a high-performing team.
- Base salary: $48,331.25 – $54,571.88 year-round (DOE).
