• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, Engineering, Biology, or related subject.
• Patience and empathy to support diverse learning styles.
• Passion for teaching and sharing subject knowledge.
• Proficiency with G‑Suite and Learning Management Software.
• Background check and fingerprinting (AZ, WA only).

• Teaching certification (desired but not required).
• Advanced degree in subject area.
• Previous one‑to‑one teaching experience.
