• 10 shifts per month with clinic hours 8am-5pm Mon-Thurs, 8am-12pm Fri
• Average 2 patients seen and 2 admissions per 24-hour call
• 8 beds in department with predominantly newborn care
• Call schedule rotates with local provider
• Level I nursery care with c-section and delivery attendance required
• Call response time 30 minutes
• Coverage includes clinic only, clinic plus call, and call-only weekends
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
• Assignment details and time entry in online portal
