- Anthem/Gavilan Peak: Master-planned community with young families and active retirees in a community-focused atmosphere.
- $25,000 retention bonus offered year 2 and on
- Dynamite: Family practice in the town of Cave Creek with a primarily adult population in a residential area.
- Fountain Hills: Free standing primary care clinic attached to urgent care serving adults ages 18 years and older. Fountain Hills is characterized by its upscale living and active adult community located in the northeastern part of the Phoenix metropolitan area.
- $25,000 retention bonus offered year 2 and on
- Glendale: Large multi-specialty clinic including imaging, physical therapy, cardiology, rheumatology and urgent care.
- Kierland/North Scottsdale: Brand new clinic located where North Phoenix meets Scottsdale. Near Scottsdale Airpark and a trove of business parks, corporate offices, restaurants, retail shopping and resorts.
- Surprise: Newly opened clinic in a rapidly growing city located in the Northwest corner of Phoenix metropolitan area.
- Tramonto: Excellent opportunity to care for the entire family including newborns if desired in North Phoenix, close to Sonoran Crossing Medical Center.
