Arch Well Health is seeking a Primary Care physician to join its new and innovative outpatient center dedicated to Adults 60+ in Phoenix, Arizona.

• Outpatient position only
• Clinic Hours Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm- NO WEEKENDS!
• Small panel sizes that allow our physicians to focus and build relationships with their patients

Qualifications:

• M.D. or D.O. graduates
• Board Certified/Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (required)
• Fellowship training in Geriatrics welcome, but not required
• Physician must have an active, non-probationary Arizona medical license OR have the ability to obtain a full Arizona medical licensure
