Phoenix Children's Pediatrics (PCP) North Phoenix is looking for a Pediatrician, Bilingual in Spanish, to join our exceptional team. We provide comprehensive pediatric care from birth to 18 years, including immunizations, well‑child visits, sports physicals, behavioral health services and lactation support. All practices have access to the specialties of Phoenix Children’s Hospital and more than 1,000 providers in the integrated network.
Position Duties- Provide patient care on an inpatient and outpatient basis.
- Provide subspecialty consultations and follow‑up.
- Provide diagnostic and therapeutic services/procedures.
- Assist the Chief with on‑call coverage, administrative, fiscal and policy management.
- Support medical education: supervise students, residents, fellows and allied health professionals; conduct teaching rounds, lectures and conferences.
- Assist with research protocols, liaison roles, community engagement and representing Phoenix Children’s professionally.
- Perform miscellaneous duties as requested.
- Current, unrestricted Arizona Medical License or ability to obtain prior to start date.
- Board certification in Pediatrics (or appropriate specialty).
- Bilingual in Spanish (required).
- MD or DO degree.
- Ability to work regular hours, perform after‑hours or night call, work in a team and under pressure.
- Physical: frequent use of sight, hearing, fine motor skills, walking, standing; occasional lifting up to 35 lbs.
- Occupational: indoor office exposure, airborne communicable diseases, blood borne pathogens, fumes, hazardous materials, radiation, toxic chemicals.
