Responsibilities

JOIN US NOW as we are seeking a dynamic FACULTY PHYSICIAN who is passionate about the health and well-being of our patients. Under the direction of the clinical chairman, provide patient care in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

MD or DO degree, board qualified or certified, AZ licensed physician, credentialed at SJHMC, membership in appropriate professional associations and societies, and successful completion of residency program are required.

Qualifications

Successful completion of residency program preferred. Experience with a craniofacial/maxillofacial population preferred. Credentialed eph’s. ACPA involvement preferred.

Pay Range

$180.28 - $252.40 /hour
