Benefits and Compensation
  • Employed Position
    :
    Competitive base salary of $115k–$125k with a 10% bonus based on quality metrics.
  • Outpatient Primary Care Only
    :
    No inpatient or on-call responsibilities.

Compensation and Bonus Structure

  • Salary Range
    : $115k–$125k
  • Bonus
    : 10% of yearly salary based on metrics such as:

Responsibilities

  • Outpatient primary care only
  • Max panel size: 650 patients
  • Average 10–12 patients per day
  • Collaborate with a fully supportive care team to deliver outstanding care

Ideal Candidate Profile

We seek candidates who meet the following qualifications:

  • NP graduates with at least 2+ years of primary care outpatient experience
  • Active, non-probationary state medical license
