Responsibilities / Qualifications- 100% outpatient; flexible schedule in Phoenix, Arizona
- FQHC provides primary care services
- H-1B visa sponsorship is available
- 4 weeks of PTO, 2 weeks of paid holidays, and many other benefits
- NHSC loan repayment eligibility; score of 21
- Residents and board-certified physicians
- Candidates must have an MD or DO degree and a valid Arizona medical license
