We're seeking motivated MDs or DOs with a strong desire to learn. No prior experience in vein care is required-we offer a comprehensive, paid training program with hands-on mentorship from experienced physicians.

Your Role

As a Vein Specialist, you'll develop procedural expertise in diagnosing and treating chronic venous conditions in a supportive clinical environment that prioritizes both excellent patient care and continuous professional development.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients for venous conditions such as varicose veins and chronic venous insufficiency

• Perform minimally invasive, office-based procedures including:

  • Radio frequency Ablation (RFA)

  • Endovenous Laser Ablation (EVLA)

  • Sclerotherapy

  • Vena Seal

  • Ambulatory Phlebectomy

• Collaborate with experienced ultrasound technicians and clinical staff

• Educate patients on diagnoses and treatment plans

• Accurately document care using a modern EMR system

• Receive mentorship and guidance from a lead physician

Qualifications

• MD or DO with an active (or eligible) license to practice in Arizona

• Board certified or board eligible in any specialty (Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, General Surgery, etc.)

• Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach (Spanish speaking a plus)

• Detail-oriented with enthusiasm for learning new procedural skills

• Dedicated to delivering high-quality care in a clinic-based setting

• No prior vein experience required-training is provided

Schedule & Travel

  Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM

• Part-Time Track : 3 days/week shadowing, with future coverage opportunities

• Full-Time Track : 5 days/week rotating between clinic sites

• Travel between locations required (mileage reimbursement negotiable post-training)

• No nights, weekends, or hospital calls
