INTERVENTIONAL CARDIOLOGY - PHOENIX, AZ
Join an established interventional cardiology program at a leading Phoenix‑area hospital. This employed position offers strong cath lab volumes, modern equipment, and the chance to build/lead a growing program. Seeking physician with 2+ years experience and leadership mindset per facility priority.
COMPENSATION- Total First Year: $700,000 - $900,000+
- Competitive base, wRVU production bonus (uncapped), sign‑on bonus, relocation
- Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, CME, malpractice with tail
- Leadership/program‑building opportunity available
- Full‑spectrum interventional cardiology
- PCI, structural heart, peripheral vascular
- Modern cath lab with advanced imaging
- Strong referral base from general cardiology
- CV surgery backup on‑site
- Cath lab days + outpatient clinic
- Shared call with interventional team
- STEMI call rotation
