Job Summary and Responsibilities

We are looking for a Full Time Hospitalist to join our team!

• 180 shifts per year (primary schedule 7 on 7 off) 6:0 am – 6:0 pm.
• 18- 20 patients a day
• Superb inhouse subspecialty support. Magnet hospital – rarely need to transfer a patient out!
• Academic affiliation with Internal Medicine residency program at Creighton University School of Medicine at Phoenix.
• Collaborative and cohesive hospitalist team with near 100% retention rate and exponential growth.
• Cerner EMR links all of our outpatient and inpatient facilities.
• Very competitive AMGA compensation model includes Base salary + wRVU productivity incentive + Quality Incentive.
• Paid malpractice, Generous annual CME stipend, Excellent benefit package.

  ICU with 24/7 intensivists; ventilator management, procedures, running codes not required.

• MD or DO Degree
• BC/BE Internal Medicine
• Must have or be eligible for Arizona State medical licensure
• Completed ACGME Residency training with current ABMS Board Certification
• Ability to achieve full and unrestricted hospital privileges at Dignity Health Arizona hospitals
• Is a team-oriented provider that is passionate about providing quality care, while serving the poor and underprivileged
