Banner University Medical Group is actively recruiting full‑time and part‑time Anesthesiologists with a range of experience in general and subspecialty areas to join our team at Banner University Medical Center Phoenix (BUMCP) in Phoenix, AZ.
BUMCP is a level 1 Trauma Center that provides multi‑specialty care and access to top specialists in General Surgery, Robotics, Gynecological, ENT, Orthopedics, Bariatrics, Endoscopy and more. Our anesthesiology team supports a variety of anesthetizing locations, including operating rooms and endoscopy suites. The anesthesia model includes CRNAs who work under medical direction. Educational and clinical leadership positions are also available.

, Chair – the Department of Anesthesiology, we are actively interviewing candidates to fill roles across general and subspecialty areas. The ideal applicant will have expertise in all aspects of their specialty.

• Deliver anesthesia care in operating rooms and endoscopy suites.
• Collaborate with surgical, gynecologic, ENT, orthopedics, bariatric, and endoscopy teams.
• Work within the anesthesia model that includes CRNAs under medical direction.
• Participate in educational and clinical leadership activities.

• 1,848 hours annually for 1.0 FTE (8, 10, 12‑hour shifts available with flexible scheduling).
• Base compensation of $509k—$519k plus additional incentives and call alyp.
• Additional compensation for Unrestricted Call (All call compensated separately at a competitive rate; several backup call positions available).

• Unrestricted Arizona license or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to obtain Arizona DEA license.
