This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Phoenix, AZ. As our Marketing Associate, you are the architect of our brand’s first impression. You will play a vital role in framing Studio Ma’s values for prospective clients, creating content‑rich, graphically beautiful storytelling that differentiates us in a competitive marketplace. This is a fast‑paced, collaborative role that requires a “designer’s eye” and a “strategist’s brain.”

You’ll work directly with principals and senior staff to turn complex ideas into winning proposals and vibrant digital content.

What You’ll Do
  • Strategic Proposals: Lead the production of comprehensive RFQ/RFP responses, collaborating with senior leadership to develop win‑strategies and high‑impact layouts.
  • Brand Storytelling: Design and produce multi‑channel marketing collateral (digital and print) that maintains our high standard of visual excellence.
  • Digital Presence: Manage and produce engaging content for social media, email campaigns, and our website.
  • Campaign Coordination: Assist in the implementation of CRM and digital asset management systems to keep our “creative library” seamless.
  • Media Production: Coordinate project photography, video interviews, and on‑site filming to capture the life of our buildings.
Who You Are
  • Experienced: You have 3–5 years of marketing experience, ideally within the Architecture, Engineering, or Construction (AEC) industry.
  • Design‑Fluent: You possess advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign is your second language) and Microsoft Office. Experience with Word Press or similar CMS is a plus.
  • Academically Grounded: You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related design field from an accredited institution.
  • Agile: You thrive in a small, fast‑paced team environment and can manage overlapping deadlines with a “can‑do” attitude.
  • Communicative: You are a clear, effective communicator who enjoys the iterative, collaborative process of receiving and implementing feedback.
Requirements
  • Fluent or business‑level English proficiency.
  • US Citizen, Green Card holder, or on a path to citizenship.
