This is a full-time on-site role for a Dental Operations Director, based in the Greater Phoenix Area. The Dental Operations Director will oversee operations across multiple dental offices, manage staff performance, and ensure that workflows are optimized for efficiency and effectiveness. Responsibilities include budgeting, resource allocation, implementing operational procedures, ensuring excellent customer service standards, and analyzing key metrics to drive organizational success.

The role requires collaboration with clinical teams to maintain high standards of care and sustain growth.

• Proven expertise in Operations Management and strong Analytical Skills for evaluating and improving processes.
• Experience in Team Management, including the ability to lead, mentor, and motivate staff to achieve organizational goals.
• Proficiency in Budgeting, with a track record of managing expenses and optimizing financial performance.
• Strong skills in Customer Service to ensure patient satisfaction and resolve issues effectively.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with dental practice management software and healthcare regulations is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field is preferred.
