Position: DENTAL HYGIENIST

DENTAL HYGIENIST – ESTABLISHED PRIVATE PRACTICE

What We’re Looking For:
  • Arizona-licensed Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) (1–2 years of RDH experience preferred)

  • Experience with Dentrix (preferred)

  • A positive, can-do attitude with excellent communication skills

  • A passion for patient education and relationship-building

  • Gentle, thorough, and loves helping patients feel relaxed and confident

A Typical Day With Us:
  • Providing comprehensive preventive and periodontal care

  • Educating patients on oral health and overall wellness

  • Working side-by-side with a fantastic doctor and supportive team

Requirements:
  • Current Arizona state licensure to practice as a Dental Hygienist

  • CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

  • Proven experience as a Dental Hygienist is preferred, but not mandatory for entry-level positions

  • Proficiency in using dental equipment and tools, including X-ray machines and ultrasonic scalers

  • Laser Certification

  • Strong knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and oral health education

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and team members

  • Attention to detail and precision in performing dental hygiene tasks

  • Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations

  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning
