About the job Dental Scheduling Coordinator, 75th Ave
75th Avenue Dental Studio is a leading dental practice known for delivering outstanding patient care in a warm and friendly environment. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Dental Schedule Coordinator to play a key role in keeping our practice running smoothly and ensuring an exceptional experience for our patients.
Responsibilities- Appointment Management: Confirm and manage patient appointments to reduce no-shows and maintain an efficient schedule
- Patient Outreach: Conduct outbound calls for appointment reminders, follow-ups, and rescheduling as needed
- Reception Duties: Handle incoming calls with professionalism, addressing patient inquiries, scheduling appointments, and redirecting calls to the appropriate team members
- Hygiene Recall: Maintain and update recall and hygiene appointment lists to support patients in receiving timely preventive care
- Team
Collaboration:
Work closely with the office manager and other team members to maintain a well-organized and harmonious office environment
- Previous experience in a dental setting is required
, preferably 3 years - Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and proactively
- Familiarity with dental practice management software and basic computer skills
- Adaptable and team-oriented, with the flexibility to thrive in a dynamic office setting
- Hourly pay DOE with bonus potential

- Sick Time: Earned up to 40 hours of sick time annually
