Key Responsibilities- Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism, creating a comfortable and positive experience from check-in to check-out
- Accurately verify dental insurance, explain benefits, and assist with claims processing
- Confidently present treatment plans, financial options, and answer patient questions with clarity and compassion
- Manage the daily schedule to ensure efficient provider time and minimize gaps
- Maintain accurate patient records and uphold HIPAA standards
- Support the team with additional front office tasks and contribute to a collaborative workplace

- At least 1 year of dental front office experience required
