Full-time General Dentist Opportunity in Phoenix, AZ.

Schedule :

  • 4-5 days a week
  • Tuesday
    - Friday
  • 2 Saturdays a month

Position Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience preferred
  • Current applicable State Dental License (or the ability to acquire one by time of employment)
  • Other licenses / certifications such as CPR, DEA, NPI
