Position Overview
Help Desk - Lead (bilingual Spanish)
Location & Schedule- Phoenix, AZ, 85012
- 1st Shift (8am to 5pm)
- 3-month contract
Help desk center for the existing Centralized background check portal that was rolled out last June 1, 2023. Provide answers to clients by identifying problems, researching solutions, and guiding them through corrective steps. This role blends technical knowledge and soft skills to efficiently diagnose and resolve user problems.
Core Responsibilities- Answer client inquiries, diagnose issues, and guide users through corrective steps.
- Use ticketing system to log and track incidents.
- Strong technical proficiency in computer systems and troubleshooting.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Effective communication, problem‑solving, attention to detail, multitasking, and empathy.
- Proficiency with ticketing systems.
- Spanish speaking (bilingual).
- Call Center experience.
- Office environment experience.
- High School Diploma (required).
- Preference for additional education.
Must be bilingual in Spanish.
