E-Commerce Web Call Counselor

If you are great with people and experienced in customer service, U-Haul has the position for you! As our newest Web Call Counselor, you will be responsible for placing and fielding calls with dealers, customers, and vendors, helping to resolve issues and place orders. This position will have you working as part of a team to support a wide variety of customers and colleagues and comes with excellent benefits.

This role will be fully on-site Monday-Friday in Phoenix, Arizona.

Primary Responsibilities:

Field incoming sales and service calls regarding eCommerce orders for boxes, moving supplies, and hitches – this includes phone, email, and live chat communications.

Assist customers and U-Haul dealers with placing retail orders as well as any issues/questions/concerns they may have regarding existing orders.

Communicate with our fulfillment warehouses and vendors to ensure order accuracy and to resolve any order discrepancies.

Provide customer service to U-Haul dealers and retail customers alike.

Assist Web Sales Program Manager regarding web orders and products.

Minimum Qualifications:

2+ years of customer service experience

Proficiency with a wide variety of computer programs including Microsoft Office Suite

Self-motivated and proactive

Logical and methodical approach to problem solving

Work well in groups and individually

Must be able to multi-task
