• Manage incident emails and create tickets using the Incident Management Tool for documentation and resolution
• Analyze operational trends and identify areas for improvement or bug fixes
• Ensure optimal functioning of U‑Box transactions and applications
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in computer usage and common office applications (e.g., MS Edge, Google Chrome, MS Office)
• Excellent customer service abilities
• Capacity to problem‑solve and think critically in high‑volume situations
• Ability to multitask and manage workload efficiently

• 2+ years of experience with U‑Haul
• 1+ year of experience specifically with the U‑Box program
• 10 to 12 months of prior office experience
