• Proactively communicate with customers on a daily/weekly basis to ensure excellent customer service.
• Enter accurate and complete load details in McLeod.
• Perform timely updates to customers on their loads the rough website, EDI, phone calls, emails, etc.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Strong communication and attention to detail are vital in this role.
• Strong customer service skills required.
• Strong computer and typing skills required.
• Minimum of two years in an office or administrative role required.
• One year of industry experience required.
